The Emerson Alco FSY-42S is a pressure-operated fan speed controller for regulating single-phase condenser fan motors according to changes in refrigerant pressure. It helps maintain stable condensing pressure while reducing fan speed, energy consumption and noise during lower ambient conditions.
The controller operates in cut-off mode, has a factory setting of 15 bar and an adjustable pressure range of 9.2–21.2 bar. It is rated at 230V AC with a maximum continuous current of 4A and has a 7/16"-20 UNF female pressure connection with valve depressor.
